To establish policy guidelines regarding the selection of library materials and the development of the library’s collections.
OBJECTIVES: The library’s broad service objectives are to provide library services and materials for the following:

1. Information, defined as the communication, in any form, of knowledge or data made available for patron’s use.

2. Education, including

a. The facilitation of self-education

b. Support for the educational endeavors of groups and institutions.

c. Support for formal education with supplementary and enriching materials.
